The KNIPEX 9" StepCut XL Cable Shears, No. 95 12 225, feature dual cutting edges for easier cutting. The tool cuts solid copper or aluminum cables up to 2 AWG, stranded cables up to 2/0 AWG, and fine-stranded cables up to 4/0 AWG. Its front cutting edge is used for the gradual cutting/nibbling of larger cables, and the back cutting areas position the cable closer to the joint for additional leverage. The shears are available with the new KNIPEXTEND 3-component comfort handles, which make it easy to identify and utilize the KNIPEX TetheredTool System lanyards and adapters by simply adding KNIPEXTEND ColorCoded Clips and TetheredTool Clips.
