The Parts House recently concluded its highly anticipated 2026 VIP Event Series, marking a major milestone in company history with expanded programming across three key markets: Houston, Dallas, and Orlando. This year’s events introduced an upgraded two-day experience in both Houston and Orlando.

The new structure provided dedicated time for internal strategy sessions, vendor showcases, formal awards ceremonies for employee-of-the-year honorees and supplier partners, and customer-focused trade shows and appreciation dinners.

The series debuted September 17-18 at The Woodlands Resort in Houston, TX, where XL Parts team members, vendor partners, and customers gathered for comprehensive product training, business development, and vendor recognition.

The momentum continued at The Shop Club in Dallas, TX, on September 24, where XL Parts leaned into a fast-paced, high-energy trade show evening. Local shop owners and industry partners connected with suppliers over interactive exhibition booths, live entertainment, and multiple prizes.

The VIP event line-up concluded October 1–2 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL, marking a momentous return at The Parts House (TPH). TPH honored VIP customers and supplier partners through targeted product training, networking, and evening celebrations.

"This year's VIP Event Series represents a significant step forward in how we engage with our team, our vendor partners, and our customers," said President & CEO Vikrant Aggarwal. "We have had the opportunity to create meaningful opportunities to align on strategic growth, strengthen industry relationships, and express our deep appreciation for the partners who drive our business forward."

Across all three cities, the 2026 VIP Event Series reinforced the company’s commitment to driving innovation, supporting independent repair facilities, and fostering strong supplier partnerships across its entire regional footprint.
