The company's 11,000 square foot warehouse is staffed by a manager/dispatcher, a stock keeper and a host of drivers. This fast delivery and high inventory model is made possible by the customer service capabilities of a central call center located at the company’s headquarters and main warehouse, only 20 minutes away in Baltimore city. The call center is made up of ten auto parts experts, the top in their field, servicing customers who call in to the Wholesale Hotline (410-659-4100) each business day from repair shops across Baltimore and its surrounding counties.
Standard Auto Parts focus on quality of service, speed of delivery, competitive pricing, and the name brands everyone knows is a prime example of how a small business with a strong operations model and four generations of customer commitment can outpace and outmaneuver Wall Street auto parts companies.
