The Auto Care Association hosted its 2025 Fall Leadership Days & Legislative Summit at the Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C., September 17–19. The three-day event brought together its members from around the country for its twice-annual committee meetings and its much-anticipated legislative summit on Capitol Hill.

The primary focus of the event was advocacy and awareness on a legislative level. Attendees met with senators, congresspersons, and representatives from their home states to appeal for support for the REPAIR (Right to Equitable and Professional Auto Industry Repair) Act (H.R. 906).

The event was a culmination of the Association’s ongoing effort to unite the automotive aftermarket and strengthen its voice on legislative issues key to the success and longevity of independent repair shops and suppliers, and maintenance choice to the consumers they serve.
