The AutoMeter Heavy Duty Truck Electrical System Load Tester, No. BCT-468, performs true load tests on batteries. It performs automated load based voltage drop testing on cables, liftgates, stinger cords, and magnetic circuits. Tests both 12V and 24V starting and charging systems, along with flooded, thin plate pure lead, and AGM batteries. On 24V vehicles, the tester can perform both preventative maintenance and full system tests. Intuitive user-guided step-by-step screens allow for fast and easy operation. The load tester is Wi-Fi enabled for automatic real-time data collection and alerts. The tester features a user-guided Liftgate system test, load testing for battery packs up to six batteries, and testing capability for vehicles with a starting Ultra cap. The internal resistance measurement is displayed on battery load test.
