This bulletin applies to 2018-2022 Buick Enclave vehicles.  The Service Parking Brake message may appear, the red park indicator may be flashing and/or the amber parking brake wrench indicator may be illuminated. DTC C056D, C056E or C0616 may be set. If replacing the EBCM, high EPB actuator or circuit resistance will not allow programming to compete and result in an error E6961. The cause is resistance in the EPB (electronic park brake) circuit or park brake actuator.
