Ford: E-Transit Alert

This bulletin applies to certain 2022-2024 Ford E-Transit vehicles built in the Kansas City plant from Sept. 1, 2021, through June 24, 2024. Over time, the electric vacuum pump may stop working due to broken internal wires. This may result in a hard brake pedal and a perceived reduction in brake response. If the EVP fails, DTC P050F will set, the brake warning lamp will illuminate, and a Check Brake System message will appear, accompanied by an audible chime. Replace the EVP with P/N NK4Z-2A451-D under warranty.
