Inspect for traces of water on the bottom side of the e-box.
This bulletin applies to 2019-2022 Porsche Macan vehicles. The vehicle may store faults, including the following:
052284/052204 (PSM)
C12085/C1209D (all-wheel drive transfer box)
U010000 (transmission electronics...PDK)

Look for corroded wire splices.
C12002 (various ECUs...no communication with engine electronics control unit DME); U111100 (date bus – fault value received from DME control unit).
Other faults for loss of communication with PSM, DME and AWD.
This condition may be the result of water entering the e-box and causing corrosion on the contacts or splices. Open the e-box and look for evidence of water intrusion.
Remove existing corrosion from the splices and wiring and re-attach to the e-box. Note: It is necessary to replace the e-box cover.
