This bulletin applies to 2017 and later Chrysler Pacifica vehicles built on or after Aug. 12, 2016, and on or before Dec. 27, 2022, equipped with a 3.6L V6 Hybrid engine and an eFlite SL-eVT transmission.

Customers may experience a MIL on. The vehicle may be in limp mode. The following DTCs may be found:

- P0A3F (drive motor A position sensor 1 circuit)

- P0A43 (drive motor A position sensor circuit intermittent)

- P0A45 (drive motor B position sensor 1 circuit)

- P0C1A (drive motor B torque delivered performance)

This may be due to the internal wiring harness connector short. Module flashes are also required for the repair procedure to be effective. The Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) and auxiliary Hybrid Control Processor (AHCP....also known as the Power Inverter Module PIM) must be reflashed.

If the above-listed DTCs are the only ones found, replace the transmission. Verify that the HCP and AHCP are programmed with the latest available software.
