2014 Dodge Durango vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine may experience intermittent, extended cranking and long cranking times. The Bank 1 camshaft position sensor may be the cause.

Remove the engine cover and locate the Bank 1 camshaft position sensor, which can be found in the top rear of the valve cover. Inspect the sensor serial number on top of the sensor.

If the serial number starts with the letter "D," replace the sensor with P/N 05149141AF.
