Verify Adaptive Learning Procedures on Ford Explorer
This bulletin applies to 2011-2019 Ford Explorer vehicles. DTCs U2100 and U2101 indicate that the module has not been properly configured.
Check the repair history for any module replacement and verify all adaptive learning procedures were performed. Go to IDS>Toolbox>Module>Programming>As-Built>Select module.
When asked, “Were you sent here to obtain part numbers from another procedure”, answer “No” to configure the module.
