Install DEF Injector Insulator Cover Kit on RAM

This bulletin applies to 2013-2018 RAM 2500/3500/4500/5500 vehicles equipped with a 6.7L Cummins turbo diesel engine. The MIL may be on, accompanied by DTC P218F (reductant no flow detected) and/or P202E (diesel exhaust fluid...reductant injector performance).

This bulletin applies to 2013-2018 RAM 2500/3500/4500/5500 vehicles equipped with a 6.7L Cummins turbo diesel engine. The MIL may be on, accompanied by DTC P218F (reductant no flow detected) and/or P202E (diesel exhaust fluid...reductant injector performance). The owner may not notice any drivability issues. These DTCs may set when the vehicle is parked for a long time and when ambient temperatures are below 12 degrees F.

Install the DEF injector insulator cover kit, P/N 68564806AA. The instruction sheet K6856122 is included with the kit.
