Lexus technicians should confirm the following key points to avoid future MIL ON concerns after HV battery replacement.

Inspect the HV battery cooling fan(s) and air ducts. Clean any dust or debris as necessary.

Inspect all cables, connections and hardware for corrosion or damage. Replace any components that show signs of corrosion or damage.

Ensure that all high voltage cables and connections are properly secured and/or torqued to specification using correct hardware.
