Some 2009-2011 Ford E-Series (E-150, E-250, E-350, E-450) vehicles may exhibit a no-start with or without erratic instrument cluster function such as all warning lights illuminated.

1. Remove the driver’s door scuff plate.

2. Unwrap body electrical harness 14405 and check for corrosion in splice connections S301 and/or S302. refer to the wiring diagram page 151-23 for location. If no corrosion is found, refer to the symptom chart in the workshop manual section 418-00 for normal diagnostics. If corrosion is present, clean, repair and protect the wire harness splice connection(s).
