TMC extends early bird registration, announces speaker

The Technology & Maintenance Council's 2018 Fall Meeting offers educational sessions designed to keep maintenance personnel on the cutting edge of vehicle technology.

The Technology & Maintenance Council's 2018 Fall Meeting will feature an Industry Luncheon with speaker Jim Larranaga, head men’s basketball coach, University of Miami.

Larranaga, known for leading two underperforming basketball programs from irrelevance to being true champions, will share his leadership and teamwork strategies that apply on and off the court. Finding talented, hardworking employees who will uphold your organizational standards is difficult. Coach Larranaga will share his tried-and-true methods for recruiting and for creating an environment that keeps them on the job.

Larranaga tells audiences about his 8 C’s—character, competitiveness, competence, consistency, cohesiveness, commitment, communication and confidence—which are the foundation for selecting a winning staff and team and developing a championship-caliber program. Coach Larranaga will share his philosophy on developing a program that will elevate an organization’s performance to the highest level, where to find talented employees, and how to build a winning, dedicated staff.

The Technology & Maintenance Council's 2018 Fall Meeting, September 16-20 in Orlando, Florida offers a collection of educational sessions designed to keep maintenance personnel on the cutting edge of vehicle technology. 

The early bird registration and hotel deadline has been extended to this Friday, August 24. Register by August 24 to reserve your hotel room and before rates increase.
