Inside Dolz: A Fully Integrated Approach to Water Pump Manufacturing

See how Industrias Dolz SA delivers reliable performance through 90 years of manufacturing expertise.
April 17, 2026

In this video, viewers are introduced to Industrias Dolz SA and the company’s nearly 90-year evolution from a small Spanish repair shop to a global automotive water pump manufacturing leader. Presented by Litens Aftermarket, the video highlights how Dolz is entering the North American market with a strong reputation built on precision, scale, and process control.

The speaker walks through Dolz’s fully integrated manufacturing process, showcasing how everything — from aluminum casting and machining to assembly and testing — is completed in-house. This level of vertical integration sets Dolz apart from many aftermarket auto parts suppliers that rely on outsourced components. The result is consistent quality, improved durability, and reduced warranty risk across critical components of the engine cooling system.

Viewers also gain insight into the company’s advanced automation, including robotics, die-casting systems, and rigorous leak testing procedures that ensure every pump meets strict performance standards. Backed by Litens Aftermarket distribution, Dolz is now positioned to bring its European expertise to technicians across North America.
