Carrier Transicold's new Dealer Locator smartphone app provides ready access to its entire dealer sales and support network, and is available for free for Android devices via Google Play and for iPhone via the Apple App Store. Carrier Transicold helps improve global transport and shipping temperature control with a complete line of equipment for refrigerated trucks, trailers and containers, and is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp.
The Dealer Locator app lets fleet operators and drivers easily find and connect to any of more than 200 service operations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Among its many features, the app provides contact details, hours of operation and directions to the nearest dealer or dealers in selected destinations. Depending on device and connection, the app can also provide navigation and auto dialing.

The Carrier Transicold Dealer Locator app also works on tablet computers and other portable devices using Google's Android and Apple Inc.'s iOS operating systems.
