Snap-on Diagnostics has unveiled a new plan for its software. The new Snap-on® Software Value Plan offers a full year of diagnostic software upgrades at one low price.

Snap-on Diagnostics has unveiled a new plan for its software. The new Snap-on® Software Value Plan offers a full year of diagnostic software upgrades at one low price.

This program is available for VERUS®, VERDICT™, MODIS™ and SOLUS™ Series customers in the United States and Canada, who currently have Software Bundle 11.2 of older. With the plan, payments are spread over 52 weeks, saving customers up to 20 percent over other purchase methods. Plus, shops and technicians alike achieve Loyalty status and receive special pricing on future regular upgrades.

“For customers who may not have upgraded in a while, the Software Value Plan is the perfect program to get them back on track with ongoing Asian and domestic vehicle coverage throughout the year at a very special plan price and the lowest weekly payments available,” said Leian Wunderlich, program manager for Snap-on Diagnostics. “This program helps customers to keep their Snap-on scan tool up to date today, tomorrow and into the future so they can save time on the job and confidently work on more vehicles every day.”

The Software Value Plan is available for Software Bundle 12.2. It includes new Suzuki 2000-2011 coverage for engine, transmission, antilock brakes and airbags, plus new 2011 model year coverage for Acura, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lincoln, Mitsubishi and more.

There are more than 50,400 new codes, tests, tips and data:

  • 15,800 New Data Parameters
  • Over 12,400 New Trouble Codes
  • 1,800 New Functional Tests and Relearns
  • 20,300 New or Enhanced Fast-Track® Troubleshooter Tips
  • 6,800 New Component Tests for VERUS, VERDICT and MODIS
