Tool Truck Pros Founder and Software Engineer Bruno Campos offered a behind-the-scenes look at the company's route management software at the Medco Customer Show in Nashville, Tennessee, on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026.

The software helps independent tool truck operators streamline their weekly routes to ensure accounts are managed, enabling operators to create invoices and collect payments on the spot. It displays each stop's customer list, including account balances and last payment dates, alongside the day's route.

Tool truck operators can create a sale by typing in a part number or scanning it with a barcode scanner, then save the invoice — the customer receives it by email or text message. To collect payment, operators select an amount and payment method directly in the software.

"It helps you a lot because you have all your customers and your shops in one place," Campos said. 

Data can also be imported from a shop's previous software if they are not a Tool Truck Pros customer. The platform additionally saves users time by comparing part prices, repairs, and warranties across vendors. Campos said the software can save operators three to five hours a week, based on data from current users.
