Klein Tools Demos Ratcheting Wrenches With Slide-Lock Technology at Medco Customer Show

The new metric and SAE sets use a color-coded, pass-through design to keep sockets secure during use.

Klein Tools showed a live demonstration of its ratcheting wrench with slide-lock technology on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at the Medco Customer Show in Nashville, Tennessee.

The seven-piece wrench set (part no. 69508 and 69508M) features color-coded wrenches in standard and metric units.

"What you'll notice about this ratcheting wrench is that it's a little different. It's color-coded, which makes it easy to use in the hand, but if you look at the orange part here, you'll see our new slide-lock technology,” Ethan Kaper, channel sales manager, said during the video demo. “You can press it up, and it'll keep whatever nut you're working with from falling through the wrench. Press it down, and it's a pass-through design.”
