Flo-Dynamics acquires G-TEC

Flo-Dynamics, a division of Norco Industries, announced the acquisition of G-TEC.

G-TEC is the original transmission cooler and cooler line flusher. Their process utilizing heating and pulsation to thoroughly clean the components solved a major problem in the industry, according to the company.

Since 1991, G-TEC has been supplying the transmission industry along with being an OE supplier for some of the largest car manufactures.

“G-TEC is a great addition to our product offering," Frank Casale, VP  of Flo-Dynamics, said. "Their quality, service and well-respected reputation in the transmission industry is the same as Flo-Dynamics has in the automotive industry. This transaction enhances opportunities for both company’s customers and their respected markets”.

Flo-Dynamics is moving G-TEC to Elkhart, IN into their new building. The current plan is to market G-TEC products under the name G-TEC by Flo-Dynamics, name.
