Q: How did the tool/equipment function as far as saving you time?

A: The suction performance on the FLEX Power Tools Stack Pack 2.5 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum is a major time saver. This vacuum clears debris quickly in a single pass instead of multiple passes like lower-powered units. That translates directly into faster interior cleanups and less time spent going back over the same area. The one-button declog feature is another huge time advantage. Instead of stopping, disassembling, and losing workflow, you clear the line instantly and keep moving. 

Q: How has using this tool impacted your shop's profitability?

A: It has had a positive impact. Faster cleanup means quicker vehicle turnaround, which keeps workflow moving and allows more jobs to be completed in the same amount of time. Less downtime from clogs or maintenance also contributes to better efficiency overall. 

Q: What kind of setup was involved before using the product?

A: Very minimal setup. It is essentially unpack, attach the hose and desired attachment, and start working. No complicated assembly or configuration required. 

Q: How easy was it to use?

A: Very easy. The controls are straightforward, and the design is intuitive. There is little to no learning curve, even for someone who has never used this specific unit before. 

Q: How was its packaging? Did it come with any accessories?

A: Packaging was solid and protective. It came with useful attachments including a brush attachment and a shoulder strap. The onboard storage compartments for these accessories are a standout feature, keeping everything organized and readily accessible without needing a separate storage solution. 

Q: Was there a manual included? If so, did you use the manual, and was it easy to understand?

A: A manual was included. I did not need to use it due to how straightforward the tool is, which speaks to the usability of the design. 

Q: What features did you like?

A: The HEPA filtration system is a major upgrade compared to typical shop vacs. It does a much better job containing fine dust, which is important in an automotive environment. The turbo mode provides extra power when needed for heavier debris. The one-button declog feature is one of the best features on this unit and eliminates the need for teardown during a clog. The STACK PACK system integration is another big advantage, allowing the unit to stack with other modular storage, which is ideal for mobile techs or van setups. The shoulder strap makes it easy to carry around the vehicle during interior work. 

Q: Is there any way you could think to improve or add to this tool?

A: The tool itself is very well thought out. One improvement would be offering a clearly defined bundle option that includes the vacuum, battery, and charger together. That would remove guesswork for buyers and save time during purchasing. 

Q: What types of jobs/repairs did you use this tool for?

A: Primarily used for vehicle interior cleaning, including carpets, seats, floor mats, and tight areas like between seats and center consoles. The compact size and strong suction make it ideal for detailing work. It is also capable of wet applications, although I have not yet used it for liquid extraction. 

Q: How does this tool compare to other tools you've used like it?

A: Compared to a competitor unit I own, this vacuum is a clear upgrade. The competitor lacks proper filtration, requiring more cleanup of fine dust afterward. It also requires disassembly to clear clogs, which wastes time. This unit eliminates that issue with its built-in declog function. The addition of STACK PACK compatibility and better filtration makes it more efficient and more practical for daily use. 

Q: Is there anything you had questions or concerns about in regard to the tool?

A: The only concern is the purchasing process. A bundled option including a battery and charger would simplify the buying decision and ensure customers get everything they need without additional research. 

Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this tool overall?

A: I would rate this a 9.8. It combines strong suction power, efficient filtration, and thoughtful features like onboard storage, declogging, and modular stacking. It is rugged, versatile, and clearly designed with real-world use in mind. The only thing keeping it from a perfect score is the lack of a simple all-in-one bundle option for purchase.
