Hazet extended its HiPer (High Performance) fine-tooth reversible ratchet range with two products to complement the product family.
The HiPer Reversible Ratchet, No. 8816 HP, has a 10mm, 3/8” drive and 90 teeth. The peak load is 400 Nm. The permanent load, which is twice as high as specified by the IEC standard, ensures a long service life for the 3/8” HiPer ratchet. The operating angle of 4 degrees enables use in constricted spaces, for instance in engines, in machine construction, in agricultural vehicles and devices, as well as in the renewable energy sector, such as solar power. The locking function of the ergonomically designed lever provides protection against unwanted switching. Tight manufacturing tolerances prevent dirt from getting in. Hazet uses lubricants in the ratchet mechanism, thereby increasing the service life of the tool. Internal quality standards also guarantee users a loading capacity far above the norm, the company says.
The HiPer Reversible Ratchet for Bits, No. 863 HPB, is the first Hazet 6.3mm, 1/4” fine-tooth reversible ratchet for bits. Its peak load is 120Nm. The spring protection ensures that the bits remain held securely in the ratchet housing.
Made in Germany according to high standards, both ratchets are easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. Thanks to its integrated hanging option in the handle, both tools can be tidied away quickly after use.
