Mayhew Tools added nine new Magnetic Pick-up Tools to their CatsPaw product line, as well as two pre-packaged display sets for the 1-1/2 lb and 2-1/2 lb capacity tools with 30 pieces each. All of the tools feature strong neodymium iron - boron to aid in lift capacity which ranges from 1-1/2 lb. to 10 lb. - specific to tool. Their streamlined pocket clip keeps the tool secure and easily accessible. Each of the tools is backed by a two-year select warranty.
The magnet slide ring, included on the 2-1/2 lb, 5 lb and 10 lb capacity Magnetic Pick-up Tools, shields the sides of the magnet from attaching to unwanted metal surfaces to increase the power of the magnet while their textured cushion handles provides secure grip under the toughest work environments. The stainless steel, lightweight handles of the 2-1/2 lb and 5 lb capacity tools extends from 6-1/4” to 34-1/4”, while the 10 lb extends from 6-1/2” to 30-1/4”. The 1-1/2 lb capacity Pocket Telescopic Magnetic Pick-up Tool extends from 5-7/8” to 26-1/4”.
In addition to the 2-1/2 lb. capacity tool’s standard black color, it is also available in orange, green, and blue, while the 1-1/2 lb capacity tool is available in orange, green and red.
The pre-packaged, 30-piece displays are designed to easily sit on a counter top or using the two Velcro strips on the back it can be mounted to a wall for best positioning.
