Rotary Lift webcast will show fleet managers how to boost shop productivity

June 25, 2014
Doug Spiller, heavy duty product manager for Rotary Lift, will educate fleet managers on the importance of heavy duty lifts during a free webcast produced by Fleet Maintenance magazine on July 22.

The “old way” of working on heavy duty trucks, which involves squatting, crawling, kneeling and stretching while the vehicles sit on the ground, is inefficient and uncomfortable. By installing even one heavy duty vehicle lift, a shop operator can boost productivity and provide better working conditions for technicians.

The benefits of transitioning from the “old way” to modern repair methods is what Doug Spiller, heavy duty product manager for Rotary Lift, will focus on during a free webcast produced by Fleet Maintenance magazine on July 22. Registration information for “The Old Way vs. The New Way: Increasing Productivity in Your Shop with the Right Equipment” is available at https://event.webcasts.com/starthere.jsp?ei=1036094.

“This webcast is meant to show heavy duty fleet managers just how much of a productivity difference a lift can provide,” says Spiller. “Once the decision to purchase a lift is made, there are several options to choose from, so we will also discuss the wide variety of lift types to help fleet operators determine the best fit for their shops.”

The webcast starts at 2 PM EDT and is expected to last 30 to 45 minutes, including a question-and-answer session. There is no charge to register; anyone interested can simply visit https://event.webcasts.com/starthere.jsp?ei=1036094 to sign up.

Rotary Lift offers a full line of heavy duty vehicle lifts designed to improve shop efficiency and productivity, including fast Mach series mobile column lifts and HDC series four-post lifts, environmentally friendly MOD series inground lifts, as well as two-post, inground scissor and parallelogram lifts.
