Interested attendees can register for the free webcast, "Vehicle Heavy Duty Engine Oil The Road Ahead II: Traffic Jam or Clear Highway," set for Monday, Oct. 21 at 2 PM EST. Citgo Lubricant's own Mark Betner, Heavy Duty Lubricants Manager, will present the webcast.
