According to the national average, 15 percent of oil changes go unbilled due to poor accounting and lack of transaction data.

Q: Is there a way to be sure that all of my fluid dispenses are billed to the customer?

A: According to the national average, 15 percent of oil changes go unbilled due to poor accounting and lack of transaction data. A fluid control system provides complete visibility to all dispense information and gives the user the ability to reconcile all dispenses.

Lincoln’s LFC 5000 fluid control system interfaces completely with dealer and fleet management software including ADP, AssetWorks and Procede, and other system interfaces are in development. It is a seamless process that validates the work order and automatically posts a dispense to the customer invoice. The LFC 5000 also can create a printed ticket for each dispense to help confirm that it is billed.
