Charley Gipe, lead engineer of training operations for Delphi, demonstrates the bi-directional device controls on the Delphi Diagnostics Scan Tool.

This tool has thousands of bi-directional device controls. In fact, Ford, GM and Chrysler account for thousands, including Ford CAN bi-directional controls, Chrysler special test and Toyota special utilities. In this demo, Charley tests the fuel pump relay within the fuel system.
