Bosch Diagnostics has been named the 'NAPA Tools and Equipment Supplier of the Year' for 2011. The prestigious award was presented to the Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit at the NAPA Tools & Equipment Annual Meeting in Atlanta, February 4.
It was the first time the Diagnostics Business Unit at Bosch had won the NAPA Supplier of the Year award, which honored Bosch for ranking highest in sales, training, creative promotions, field support and customer service. Bosch was also recognized for a 99 percent order fill rate.
NAPA Tools and Equipment sales team members from throughout the United States nominated suppliers for the award, based on a wide range of selection criteria. The award was presented by Dave Nicki, Vice President, NAPA Tools & Equipment and given to Jim Graninger, Vice President, Workshop Test Equipment for Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit. The entire Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit sales force was in attendance at the meeting.
