ASE Hosts Free Webinar on Building Certified EV Technician Programs
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is hosting a free webinar on Tuesday, March 24 at 4 p.m. ET entitled "How to Build a Certified EV Technician Program."
Mavrick Knoles from Legacy EV will show schools how to launch a certified, hands-on EV technician training program aligned to ASE xEV1, xEV2, and L3 industry standards. Participants will learn how to transform their automotive program into a future-ready EV training pathway using Legacy EV's proven EV Tech model.
Topics covered will include workforce demand, curriculum structure, equipment setup, instructor certification, and funding opportunities. An EV technician program starter guide will be available for download during the session.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for attending the live session, with automatic email delivery within one week following the event. A confirmation email containing webinar access information will be sent upon registration.
Those unsure about attending the live event are encouraged to register, as they will receive details on how to access a recorded session if available. Access to recorded sessions is reserved for those who register for the live event.
