Chrysler is recalling certain 2019 Ram 1500 vehicles built during November 2018 equipped with a 12-inch touchscreen display and a base-level HVAC system. 

Chrysler is recalling certain 2019 Ram 1500 vehicles built during November 2018 equipped with a 12-inch touchscreen display and a base-level HVAC system. 

Vehicles with this combination do not have a functioning windshield defrosting and defogging system.
