New Bosch VCI Validated for Six Vehicle OEMs

The new Mastertech II vehicle communication interface (VCI) from Bosch is fully validated to operate with General Motors, Ford, FCA, Nissan/Infinity, Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus reprogramming applications.

The device also is intended to be compatible with future original equipment communication requirements, "providing technicians with a long-lasting, reliable tool," according to Bosch officials.

"In addition, the pre-configured wireless and wireless connections - including WIFI, Ethernet and two USB A connectors - make it quick and easy to connect a vehicle directly from your PC."

The Mastertech II also is sealed with an IP54 rating to protect it from dust and water.
