S&S Automotive was performing repairs with an expired facility registration
The Michigan Department of State (MDOS) has issued a cease-and-desist order to an auto repair shop for failure to be registered as a repair facility under the Michigan Service and Repair Act.
S&S Automotive, owned by Cody Lee Suhonen and located at 945 N. Main Street in Tekonsha, has been found to be performing repairs with an expired facility registration. After an inspection by MDOS on Dec. 9, 2021, the owner was found to be performing motor vehicle maintenance, diagnosis and repair service on a motor vehicle with an expired repair facility registration. The registration has been expired since April 16, 2020, and the facility has failed to renew its registration.
