Bosch Diagnostics launches ADS 10X Plus scan tool
Bosch Diagnostics has launched the ADS 10X Plus diagnostic scan tool, featuring a redesigned user interface, faster performance, and expanded vehicle coverage.
The ADS 10X Plus uses OEM-licensed diagnostic and repair data and provides coverage for more than 98 percent of vehicles on North American roads, according to Bosch. The tool also provides access to Bosch wiring diagrams and secure gateway unlocks.
“As vehicles become increasingly sophisticated, technicians demand diagnostic tools that do more than just keep pace; they need solutions that empower them to stay ahead of the curve, proactively addressing the advancements in vehicle technology,” said James Latham, product marketing manager at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. “The ADS 10X Plus was reengineered from the inside out by the same expertise that helps design vehicle systems. That means faster answers, trusted data, and the confidence to complete even the most complex repairs.”
The ADS 10X Plus can perform a full-system diagnostic trouble code (DTC) scan in three clicks and provide a report in less than 40 seconds, according to the company. Integrated repair resources are designed to help technicians move from identifying a code to determining a repair, while monthly updates provide additional vehicle coverage and capabilities.
The scan tool features an 11" 2.5K display and a wireless J2534-compliant GVCI that supports CAN FD and DoIP protocols. It also offers improved connectivity and support for guided calibrations and future remote diagnostic capabilities.
The ADS 10X Plus is designed for vehicle diagnostics and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) service, with a modular platform intended to support additional capabilities as vehicle technology evolves.
