Stride Tool, located in Glenwillow Ohio, has acquired all assets of Bright Solutions International of Troy, Mich. Terms of the acquisition were not released.
“Stride Tool and Bright Solutions is a natural fit,” states Jeff Prickett, director of sales for Bright Solutions. “The addition of the Bright Solutions line of professional leak detection products and specialty hand tools to Stride’s Family of Brands is sure to strengthen our position in the Global markets.”
“This acquisition enables us to utilize our operational resources to continue building the Company in North and South America as well as Europe, Asia and Australia,” comments Ron Ortiz, CEO of Stride Tool.
