Pro-Cut has developed new brake service training for Toyota and Lexus service providers. The new program, developed in collaboration with Toyota, uses the Pro-Cut X15 rotor matching system to deliver brake service instructions for their technicians.

More than 40 Pro-Cut X15 brake lathes are supporting the program rollout at Toyota North American training centers. This ensures that every participating technician in the training program will gain direct experience using the rotor matching technology. According to Toyota, this initiative enables them to deliver the rotor matching service outlined in its warranty service bulletins across all dealerships.

A word from Pro-Cut

“Toyota is known globally for its commitment to quality and innovation, and we are proud to see that philosophy extend to their service training,” said Jeff Hastings, president of Pro-Cut. “By incorporating Pro-Cut X15 technology into their training program, Toyota is equipping its technicians with the tools and knowledge to deliver best-in-class brake service. This partnership reflects our shared dedication to precision, safety and customer confidence.”

“Pro-Cut’s rotor matching systems are recommended or mandated for warranty service by nearly every major automotive manufacturer in the United States,” continued Hastings. “The company looks forward to working with additional OEMs to develop similar training partnerships that improve brake service consistency while managing warranty service costs.”
