ContiTech joins ATE, VDO in AAPEX booth
Three Continental A.G. business units are sharing booth space at this year’s AAPEX.
For the past two years, ContiTech’s Power Transmission Group has split a booth with ATE, but this year, newly acquired VDO (December 2007) is joining their fellow units at Booth #2426.
“It’s logical for several reasons,“ says Roger Homer, director of business development for ContiTech’s North America Power Transmission Group. “While ostensibly it makes sense for economic reasons, it also makes good business sense because the presence of each of the groups also emphasizes Continental’s commitment to the automotive aftermarket from several different diversified product offerings.”
ContiTech Power Transmission Group, a business unit of the ContiTech Division of Continental AG, develops and manufactures a wide range of drive systems for the automotive original equipment and replacement markets, appliance and industrial equipment industries. The belts are available through ContiTech’s normal North American distribution chain.
