SPX brands Actron and Sunpro have awarded Frank Pestone of Van Nest Auto in Bronx, N.Y., with a paid trip to the 2008 SEMA Show.

Pestone earned the prize as a participating retailer in the Actron and Sunpro "Muscle Car Sweepstakes," a summer-long promotion that awarded one winner with a restored 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T armed with a 440 Magnum V8 — a 375 horesepower MOPAR legend. Van Nest Auto, founded in 1929, is a member of the Independent Warehouse Distributors (IWD) program group through TriState Warehouse.
Each retail location participating in the sweepstakes was eligible to win the grand prize trip, which includes airfare to and from Las Vegas, hotel stay and SEMA Show credentials for Pestone and a guest.
"It is important to us to reward jobbers not only for their enthusiasm for and participation in the 'Muscle Car Sweepstakes,' but also for their support of the Actron and Sunpro product lines throughout the year," says Joe Young, product manager, Sunpro.
Actron and Sunpro awarded additional prizes to participating jobbers, including five $500 gift cards, 10 limited edition Sunpro Performance Legend jackets and 200 limited edition Sunpro hats.
The Muscle Car Sweepstakes will conclude Nov. 30. To be eligible, contestants must complete an official entry form available at retail locations where Actron and Sunpro-branded products are sold, at select shows and events and online.
