Michelin Dominates the Track, Tuner, and Street at SEMA Las Vegas

(October 31, 2007) At this year's Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas, Michelin demonstrates its tire performance capabilities and position in the auto industry by displaying exclusive vehicles from the world's most iconic race teams, tuning companies, and car manufacturers.

Michelin's SEMA booth focuses on three specific segments: track, tuner, and street, with a vehicle lineup that includes Audi's R10 TDI, APR R8, and an R8 sports car; Porsche's DHL Penske RS Spyder, Champion Racing Porsche, and the 911 GT3RS; Corvette's C6.R race car, Lingenfelter Z06, and a special tire display announcing an answer for Corvette owners who use Michelin replacement tires.

Michelin will display four tires in the booth showcasing Michelin's new production of replacement tire sizes for Corvette owners in summer 2008. Corvette owners will be able to use run-flat tires for the C5, C6, and C6Z06.

Replacement tire sizes for the C5 include:
* 245/45ZR17 95Y Pilot Sport 2 ZP
* 275/40ZR18 99Y Pilot Sport 2 ZP

Replacement tire sizes for the C6 include:
* 245/40ZR18 93Y Pilot Sport 2 ZP
* 285/35ZR19 99Y Pilot Sport 2 ZP

Replacement tire sizes for the C6 Z06 include:
* 275/35ZR18 95Y Pilot Sport 2 ZP
* 325/30ZR19 101Y Pilot Sport 2 ZP

In addition to the eight vehicles on display at the booth, Michelin will also highlight a wide spectrum of its tires that cover the world's fastest supercars, SUVs, and touring vehicles, including the Michelin Pilot series: Sport Cup, Sport PS2, Sport A/S, and MXM4; Michelin Latitude series: Sport, Tour HP, and Tour; and the Michelin LTX series: all-new A/T2, A/S, and M/S; and the Michelin HydroEdge and all new Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires.
