New Hella Driving Lamp Program Offers Choices In Styling

(October 29, 2007) Hella, Inc., has introduced a lighting program designed to offer consumers a wide choice in lighting styles. The new program is based on Hella's most popular and proven round auxiliary driving lamp model, Hella 500, and is built around packaging that's 25-percent smaller than previous designs. Two new lamps have been added to the program, the Hella 500F and Hella 700FF.

The new tri-lingual (English/Spanish/French) packaging features a compact "cube design," which reduces overall shelf space requirements and makes display and stacking easier. Each package has a front cutout to display the lamp and an easy-to-remove interior box, which houses two lamps and all of the required wiring and installation accessories.

Hella 500 Driving Lamp: This 6.9-inch round lamp features a lightweight design, sturdy, shock-proof housing, and a bonded water-resistant lens assembly with an aluminum vapor-coated reflector for maximum durability. Dimensions: 6.9x6.4x2.6 inches.

Hella 500FF Driving Lamp: Made with Hella's Free Form lighting technology, this 6.9-inch round lamp is designed to project more lighting output and deliver a more precise beam placement than conventional lamps. Features a stylish clear glass lens and lightweight design. The lamp assembly is made with a sturdy, shock-proof housing, bonded water-resistant lens assembly with an aluminum vapor-coated reflector for maximum durability. Dimensions: 6.9x6.4x2.6 inches.

Hella 700FF Driving Lamp: Also made with Hella's Free Form lighting technology, this 8.6-inch jumbo-sized lamp is designed to project more lighting power and deliver a more precise beam placement than conventional lamps of the same size. It features a stylish clear glass lens and lightweight design. The lamp assembly is made with a sturdy, shock-proof housing, bonded water-resistant lens assembly with an aluminum vapor-coated reflector for maximum durability. Dimensions are 8.6x7.3x3.5 inches.

All Hella Driving Lamp kits include: (2) halogen driving beam lamps, (2) protective stone shields, (2) H3 12V/55W halogen bulbs, complete, plug-and-play harness, illuminated switch, 12V relay, and step-by-step mounting instructions.
