Some 2011 Ford Expedition and Navigator vehicles may exhibit an intermittent hard brake pedal feel or firmness after an extended cold soak. A new calibration is available that will improve this concern.

Reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using IDS release 82.01 and higher.
