IPA Has a New Diesel Injector-Seat Cleaning Kit
Innovative Articles of America Inc. (IPA) has introduced a 17-piece cleaning kit with three brushes that is specially designed to clean diesel injector seats and bores on most light, medium and heavy-duty diesel motors.
The #8090B-8090S Professional Diesel Injector-Seat Cleaning Kit features three distinct types of brushes:
- Helix brushes with a specially-engineered tip for deep seat cleaning;
- Two-stage brushes for seat and inner seat-hole cleaning; and
- Bore brushes for all bore and tube wall cleaning.
The company says its low-lint, flexible, industrial-grade Swab-Eez swabs make cleaning and detailing of injector seats and cups easy. The cleaning kit is ideal for removing carbon, rust, and other debris from injector seats, bores, and cups for most diesel applications.
The ¼-inch drive hex shaft allows for quick interchange of brushes, drivers and extensions; for hand use and low speed drills that should not exceed 600 RPM.
Available in (#8090B) brass and (#8090S) stainless steel, the set includes 13 specialty brushes with 3-, 4-, and 6-inch brush lengths, a 6-inch flexible and rigid extensions, a driver handle and 400 assorted Swab-Eez, in a blow-molded case.
