Hunter Engineering Co.’s new TCX645HD tire changer for trucks, tractors and other heavy-duty equipment features a hydraulic shuttle for the tool arm.
The hydraulic shuttle is designed to save the operator time and effort when repositioning the tool arm from the front side of the rim to the back side.
The new TCX645HD also features an optional wireless capability for the mobile pedestal controls to enhance ease-of-use. The mobile pedestal controls are operator-friendly, increasing both safety and efficiency.
The company says difficult wheel assemblies can be serviced easily with the new TCX645HD. Tractor, implement and other specialty wheel assemblies are serviced using the same tools and techniques.
Standard with the TCX645HD is Hunter’s skidder clamp, which eases the servicing of many challenging off-road assemblies.
