Registration is now open for the 2020 Women’s Leadership Conference, taking place Feb. 19-20 in Charlotte, N.C. at the Omni Charlotte Hotel. The annual conference, presented by Women in Auto Care, a community of the Auto Care Association, provides two engaging days of dynamic speakers and workshops focused on sharpening personal and professional development skills, as well as providing attendees with the latest industry updates and trends.

All Women’s Leadership Conference attendees receive continuing education units (CEU) credits toward their Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) or Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) professional designations. Women in Auto Care’s conferences have been accredited by Northwood University since 2012.

Through Women in Auto Care conferences and events, attendees are given the opportunity to give back to the community with volunteer activities. These have included assembling kits for the homeless and putting together activity kits for children's hospitals in New Orleans and Detroit. The 2020 Women’s Leadership Conference will offer attendees the opportunity to assemble school supply kits at the Omni Charlotte Hotel for the local Charlotte-area schools.

Each Women’s Leadership Conference hosts a “Party with a Purpose” scholarship fundraising event, which goes towards providing financial assistance to young women seeking careers in the auto care industry. This year’s scholarship fundraising event during the conference will be a “Roaring 20s” themed casino night, with dozens of prizes up for grabs.

Conference attendees will receive a discounted room rate at the Omni Charlotte Hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to receive the discounted room rate is Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020.
