New UEM Elite race series pistons

United Engine & Machine announces ICON Elite RACE Series 2618 alloy pistons are “Off The Shelf” and ready to run. Applications are for High Compression Big Block Chevy 540"- 632" combinations. Elite Series pistons come standard with top and skirt coatings. Compression ratios are available from 12.9:1 to 15.8:1.

These new ICON Elite Race Series Pistons feature:

• Line2Line Abradable Skirt Coating, which hones in to create
   perfect wall-to-cylinder clearance
• Type 3 Hard Anodized Top Ring Groove and Crown
• Full round forgings • Premium TREND wrist pins
• Lateral gas ported  • .043” - 1/16” - 3/16” ring packs
• Piston and ring kits available with Steel Top and Napier Second
