Arch Auto Parts, an aftermarket auto parts supplier in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island, opened its eighth retail store in Elmont, N.Y., at 1239 Hempstead Turnpike today.

The new location, locally owned and operated, will stock 50,000 original equipment (OE) and OE-equivalent parts, all warrantied to meet or exceed OE service intervals. Retail customers will also have quick access to hard-to-find parts from the Arch Auto Parts warehouse with in-store delivery, usually within the hour.

“We pride ourselves on having the best selection of high-quality domestic and imported automotive parts and the most responsive service,” says Moe Ali, Arch Auto Parts vice president of operations. “Most of our customers find exactly what they’re looking for in our stores. However, if someone needs an unusual part, we will track it down and have it delivered to the store, usually within an hour. It’s this level of service that drives our success with more than 95 percent of our business coming from repeat customers.”

In line with its mission to provide the right part to do the job right the first time, Arch Auto Parts stores carry national brands. In addition to Akebono, Raybestos, Advics, TRW, Timken, Bendix, Denso, Bosch and NGK parts, the Elmont store will stock Super Auto parts, a national brand, available exclusively in the area through Arch Auto Parts.

“We believe high-quality parts shouldn’t carry high price tags,” said Ali. “Our Super Auto parts are 100 percent guaranteed to meet or exceed OE service intervals and reliability, and offer customers premium quality at affordable prices.”

All-new, OE-quality Super Auto parts stocked in the Elmont store include: brake pads, drums and rotors; wheel hubs and bearings; motor mounts, chassis and control arms; steering and suspension parts; cabin filters, oil filters, fuel and emission filters and manifolds; sensors and switches; timing belts and water pumps; ignition, alternators and distributors; heating and air conditioning; and hard-to-find parts such as window regulators and wiper motors.
