ClaimSolution Inc. selects CCC estimating solution

Independent appraisal firm ClaimSolution Inc. announced that it has selected CCC Information Services Inc. to provide the Kansas City-based company with its estimating software. ClaimSolution CEO Mark Snow pointed to improved process alignment as one of the key reasons to turn to CCC.

“Roughly half of the claims we are handling today come through the CCC Autoverse Service Network, so it made sense to align our estimating solution with what we see as the leading communication solution,” said Snow. Snow also cited CCC’s willingness to come and work with ClaimSolution’s Information Technology Department to help configure the new process to ensure its successful launch. “We were very pleased to have CCC take the initiative and make the effort to come out and work with our IT team,” said Snow.

Senior Vice President of CCC’s Marketing and Product Management division, Debbie Day, agreed that the ability to combine solutions is a powerful resource for its clients. “Given today’s economic challenges, utilizing solutions that speak the same language and work together throughout the claims process is essential. We listened to our customers, who told us how important it is to improve the industry connectivity with independent appraisers. ClaimSolution first connected to the open CCC Autoverse Service Network to do just that. Now we are working together to take the next step -- with CCC Pathways estimating integration,” said Day.
