SAN DIEGO – Home, car and business insurer RSA signed an exclusive, multiyear agreement to implement Audatex solutions for estimating, compliance, total loss and reporting.
RSA Canada is part of the international RSA Group plc that does business in 130 countries worldwide with net written premiums of $11.6 billion.
“Having a global provider like Audatex makes it possible for us to maximize operational efficiency,” says Irene Bianchi, vice president claims & corporate services for RSA Canada.
According to Ian Thompson, head of motor operations for RSA in the United Kingdom, “Both our U.K. business and our Canadian operations are benefiting greatly from Audatex’s end-to-end claims workflow solutions.”
Using Audatex Estimating, RSA is planning to produce more accurate estimates, as well as streamline communication among its business partners, including collision repair facilities and independent appraisers. Audatex’s Autosource valuation service will provide RSA policyholders with values for their total-loss vehicles. Using Audatex’s management reporting tool, Audatex Insight, RSA can identify, analyze and act on key performance indicators and business trends.
John Kotsopoulos, managing director of Audatex North America, noted that Audatex is looking “forward to using our international claims market experience to support RSA in Canada in its efforts to enhance claims and repair cycle times and improve efficiency.”
