EZRED has been acquired by Wilmar, LLC, the portfolio company of Seattle-based private equity firm Rainier Partners. EZRED President and CEO Bob Cacciabeve will remain with the company, as will his son, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Frank Cacciabeve. The acquisition aims to bolster Wilmar's presence in the professional side of the automotive service industry while expanding the sales opportunities for EZRED's products.
