Carlyle Tools launches scholarship for next generation of technicians

May 29, 2025
Each month a student will be chosen to receive a $2,500 scholarship and a Carlyle toolbox.

Carlyle Tools will launch their Carlyle Tools MAX Impact Scholarship on June 1. The scholarship aims to empower the next generation of technicians with the tools and support they need to excel in the industry.

Each month, a select student will receive $2,500 in scholarship money as well as a professional-grade Carlyle toolbox. The scholarship is open to students enrolled in accredited skilled trades programs that focus on automotive, diesel, collision repair, heavy equipment, marine, motorcycle, and aviation technology. Applicants are evaluated based on academic performance, passion for their craft, technical aptitude, and potential to make an impact in the industry.

The scholarship was born out of the need for skilled technicians following the technician shortage in the automotive industry. Carlyle recognizes the potential of the next generation and aims to support them through this scholarship.

All applications and nominations can be submitted through TechForce Foundation. For more information on the process, click here.
